Create Your Account

ChillCheck is currently in private beta — access is by invitation. Request early access and we'll get you set up, usually within a day.

Step 1 — Request early access

Email hello@chillcheck.online and tell us a little about your setup:

Detail What to include
Your name Your full name. This becomes the contact name on alerts and audit log entries.
Business name The organisation (e.g. "Pup Planet Ltd"). One organisation can have multiple sites.
Email A monitored work address. Alerts and acknowledgment links go here.
Rough size How many sites and cabinets you expect to monitor — helps us get you onboarded.

We'll create your account and send you a link to get in.

Step 2 — Verify your email and set a password

Once we've set you up, you'll receive an email with a link to verify your address and choose a password. Open your inbox and click the link.

Check the spam folder

First-time emails from a new sender occasionally land in spam. If the email hasn't arrived after a couple of minutes, check there before trying again.

The link takes you to the dashboard and signs you in automatically. See the Billing guide for what's included on your plan.

Once your first cabinet is set up and readings are coming in, ChillCheck will show you a short dashboard tour explaining the status colours, how alert escalation works, and where to find your compliance export. You can skip it or replay it any time via the "Take a tour →" link at the bottom of the dashboard.

Step 3 — Sign in

If you close the browser tab between verifying and your first login, just go to app.chillcheck.online and sign in with the email and password you just set.

Inviting your team

The first account on a new organisation is the owner. Once you're signed in you can invite team members from Settings → Team:

  • Owner — full access, including billing and the ability to delete the organisation
  • Admin — manage sites, cabinets, contacts, and alert rules; cannot change billing
  • Member — view dashboards and acknowledge alerts; cannot change settings

Invited users receive an email with a one-click link to set their own password.
